How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
You will be informed of the status of your reservation within 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours on the e-mail address provided by you. After the completion of your booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will include your itinerary details and price.

 

Remember, it is always advisable to reconfirm your itinerary directly with the airline within 24 hours of your scheduled departure, to ensure that you are aware of any last minute schedule changes. If you do not receive your confirmation e-mail, you may contact our Customer Care Center by either e-mail or telephone.

 

Can I make a reservation for someone else?
Yes, you can make the booking in the name of someone else.

 

Can I make a reservation for more than one person?
You can make a flight reservation for more than one person, but a hotel booking for a group traveling together, will be made in one person's name.

 

How close to my travel date can I make a reservation?

It entirely depends on your mode of payment. If you make your booking by cash, your booking will be blocked at the same time (subject to availability), and if by demand draft / cheque, it must be 6 days prior to departure. The confirmation voucher will be sent to you only after the realization of the payment.

 

What forms of payment are accepted to make reservations?
We accept payments through Cash, Demand Draft or Cheque.

 

Can I buy train tickets on Tourism.Co.In?
Not normally, however, if the package/holiday is purchased from Tourism.Co.In then we would arrange for the rail tickets to get you to the destination. We charge a handling fee of between Rs. 150/- to Rs. 200/- per passenger.

 

How do I book a car on your site?
We offer car rentals to all the major cities in India. Just you can call us or send us an email with the requirements we will help you out in arranging your transportation requirements. We offer airport and railway pick-up and drop, point-to-point pick-up and drop and half-day, full day and outstation rentals. You will receive the rates on the e-mail address provided by you. Once you confirm the rate & the vehicle, we will block the vehicle for the dates you have requested for. Our car rentals ensure that you get special rates & the cars with the best condition.

 

Can I select the car models?
Yes, you have an option of selecting the car depending on the number of passengers.

 

CANCELLATIONS
How do I cancel my request?

Yes, you can cancel your travel arrangements, but there is a proposed cancellation policy. Please check the cancellation policy as below.
